This boneless Cape white hake is expertly caught in the South East Atlantic and makes up 65% of this refined dish. Accentuating the natural flavours of the hake is a light coating of breadcrumbs, made from quality wheat flour and a hint of salt. To complete the dish, we’ve used a blend of sunflower and rapeseed oils, suffused with the wholesome goodness of wheat and rice flours. All ingredients are frozen at their peak to ensure a quality taste delivered to your doorstep.
